Summary
The article is dedicated to discussion of the specific characteristics of information gathering and the problematic issues that administrative offense process participants encounter in practice. The author analyses the practices of institutions and the legal framework regarding the acquisition of information from natural persons and private law legal entities, as well as suggests possible solutions to certain problems identified in practice.
