Prasības pieteikuma kvalitāte

Quality of Claim Application

Summary
The quality of a claim application is related to many different factors. The first is knowledge of the specific branch of civil law. The second is acting in good faith when preparing the claim. The aforementioned prerequisites are fundamental for the preparation of a claim of quality. The absence of the aforementioned circumstances can and often does lead to a negative outcome for the plaintiff in the trial. At least it should be so.
It cannot be denied that the responsibility for a high-quality claim lies with the plaintiff, who goes to court to defend his or her violated rights. Will a poorly prepared claim, if it contains procedural errors, be considered in court? This is the responsibility of the court. There should be no situations where the court, seeing procedural violations, accepts a claim.
There is no single standard for the content of a claim. In each branch of civil law, the presentation of the circumstances and the evidence presented and their extent vary. This must be taken into account when preparing the claim.
