CompTest 2025
The 12th International Conference on Composite Testing and Model Identification

The CompTest conference series aims to gather the European scientific community working in the field of testing and
modelling of composites. They were initially inspired by the European Conferences on Composite Testing and Standardization
(CTS). Research into heterogeneous and anisotropic materials and structures raise a few challenges including: the identification
of numerous parameters; development of specific test fixtures (shear, compression, fracture toughness); control of parasitic
effects. Consequently, development of testing and model identification procedures is an important focus. The conference
series are organized by prof. Michael Wisnom and prof. Fabrice Pierron since 2003. Among the hosts of previous conference
editions are University of Girona (Spain), ONERA (France), KU Leuven (Belgium) and others.
