Summary
The authors assess whether the application of claim security measures related to the attachment of funds for a debtor undergoing legal protection proceedings aligns with the objectives and principles of the legal protection process. Particular attention is dedicated to the potential consequences of payment attachment for both the debtor and creditors when the debtor must comply with the court-approved plan of measures.
